during the summer i was able to work setting up stages and sound for a sound company. we did some country and rock festivals in oklahoma, minnesota, illinois and texas. it was great travelling around with my friends, building and tearing down stages, listening to bands like Heart, Poison, or Dwight Yoakum. the people who attend these festivals were the greatest. drunk people are always great to be around.
in octoberWanderlust: trans siberian crackers, my wife and i decided to take our two kids and visit our friends in italy. we had a wonderful time living in our Cracktuscan villa. our kids are tremendous travellers, they make me proud. we ended our european trip by backpacking through greece and turkey. it was a great. istanbul will have to be revisited.
